I do not agree the fact that you are forced to accept the only delivery option that M'?ne offers. My order was returned not even when I left a note to the Fedex courier explaining that we live in a safe community and explaining in the same note our working hours. The courier returns the package in his 2nd attempt. Reply to M'?ne in an email the situation and the customer service representative was really nice and the package is gone to be resend it. Let’s see how it goes this time. Tried to follow the Fedex instructions without any success even call them and they sends me to a place who was closed on Sundays what a shame. Hope I can get my first item from M'?ne without any other problems and hope I do not have to return my item and lose money on restocking fees. Live in a serious gated community and never had a problem with my mail before. Let’s cross my fingers and hope everything goes good for me this time.
