Excellent service from Mat Ferguson in

Excellent service from Mat Ferguson in the maintenance team. Handled the issue promptly, the plumber was out quickly to fix the problem. Mat checked back in to make sure everything was ok with the repair. Thank you.

Incomplete ventilation work

Over a year ago some ventilation work was done on the bungalow I rent, this work was not finished. I have been chasing the maintenance team for 12 months with phone calls and emails. The original contractor has been paid for the job even though he has not completed the work so they promised another roofing company would contact me. Still no progress despite more phone calls to the office.

I suffered an extreme amount of

I suffered an extreme amount of negligance, rude attitude and theft.I was charged for services and yet those bills were buried somewhere '? ? ? ? Very moody staff.I had to terminate my contract effective immediately.I am planning to sue them

Worlds best property manager?! I think so!!

Excellent service as usually from the linley and simpson team in wakefield! We have just left our previous home that we let through Linley and Simpson and the process was smooth and as simple as it possibly could have been. An immense part of this was due to Megan, who made the whole process so easy and punctual and was extremely polite! I couldna ? ?t say one single negative thing about my experience if my life depended on it. Due to Megan Clough who I have never dealt with a better property manager in my life.

Should be ashamed of themselves

I honestly don't know how people who work here go to sleep after a day sucking as much money from their (often vulnerable) tenants as possible. This company's very existence has a negative impact on the local populous. Really a fitting example of everything that is wrong with today's society and the human race. If Linley and Simpson had a mission statement it would be 'money first and people second'. It's a sad reminder of the sorry state of our country, that companies like this exist. Blatantly lying to tenants and landlords for their own interests, and using their position as the middleman to manipulate as much money out of the tenancy as they can for themselves and their contractors. They will take you for all they can, wherever they can. What an example to set for your children guys. It's honestly shameful. Bet your children look forward to bring your parent to school day!*Edit the copy and paste response below is really thoughtful guys, thank you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We rented for 12 months with them and i genuinely dona ? ?t think i have 1 good things to say about them! They dona ? ?t communicate anything with you! We had multiple problems with them over the year, some more major then others! We had mould growing in the bedrooms which led to my housemate having health issues, when they eventually fixed it they caused more issues as none of the windows shut!! We also had a leaking ceiling and an extremely unclean flat when we originally moved it! They are holding our deposits and charging us for multiple reasons! They havena ? ?t proved this money has been paid and are defiantly part of a money making scheme which dona ? ?t support the tenants at all, they just work against you! I would avoid at all costs if possible, unless you want to be treated like a piece of dirty!!

Easy viewing booking process

Very easy and efficient booking process over phone with Hamaad. Hamaad was polite and helpful on the phone plus multiple viewing slots available within next 72 hours made choosing a convenient viewing time easy. Really liked that all my contact details already on system from previous enquiries saving me from having to give them all again. Thanks for your help Hamaad!

Review of Repair Query Status

I am writing to provide feedback on the handling of my repair query, initiated on the 26th of April. Despite my previous conversation with a member of your team, L&S, and the assurance of receiving updates, I regret to inform you that I have not received any substantial information regarding the progress of my request. The only update I have received so far is that it has been passed on to the landlord. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency throughout this process.

I recently let my property with the

I recently let my property with the company. They removed a ?270.00 form my rental income for a call out fee for a tripped switch. Their electrician reset the board but did not identify the electrical issue.In all my years of being a landlords I have NEVER received such an extortionate bill. When I complained they said they will ask the tenant to pay the bill!!! My tenant has just moved in and will have had many expenses. The company needs to review their fees because if I knew how they operated I would not have used them so please be aware of their operations.I am still awaiting my complaint to be dealt with satisfacterly.
