I honestly don't know how people who work here go to sleep after a day sucking as much money from their (often vulnerable) tenants as possible. This company's very existence has a negative impact on the local populous. Really a fitting example of everything that is wrong with today's society and the human race. If Linley and Simpson had a mission statement it would be 'money first and people second'. It's a sad reminder of the sorry state of our country, that companies like this exist. Blatantly lying to tenants and landlords for their own interests, and using their position as the middleman to manipulate as much money out of the tenancy as they can for themselves and their contractors. They will take you for all they can, wherever they can. What an example to set for your children guys. It's honestly shameful.
