I recently let my property with the company. They removed a ?270.00 form my rental income for a call out fee for a tripped switch. Their electrician reset the board but did not identify the electrical issue.In all my years of being a landlords I have NEVER received such an extortionate bill. When I complained they said they will ask the tenant to pay the bill!!! My tenant has just moved in and will have had many expenses. The company needs to review their fees because if I knew how they operated I would not have used them so please be aware of their operations.I am still awaiting my complaint to be dealt with satisfacterly.
