Dona ? ?t care at all about the tenants

Dona ? ?t care at all about the tenants, there to serve the greedy landlords and thata ? ?s all. We werena ? ?t given a key to our post box and after 6 months of waiting and chasing them theya ? ?ve still done absolutely nothing about it other than lie to us

If i could leave zero stars then i

If i could leave zero stars then i would. Registered for a property the day it was set live. Had to chase up three times to make sure i was registered, each time i spoke to someone they had to take my details again even though the previous person had supposedly taken them down. Still not heard anything two weeks later so i called myself only to be to told the property had now been let!! This is appalling service given the already competitive state of the rental market! Terrible experience.

Rude and Obnoxious

We were very interested in a property put an offer in then had the misfortune of dealing with Ben Holmes in Ilkley branch. Our offer was accepted then we get the condescending chat where he is sounding like your parent telling you off. We live a couple of hundred miles away. I tried to negotiate with him for us to start paying the rent 3 days early then collect the keys 3 days later. He was completely inflexible saying we had to collect the keys on Tuesday one week later from having the offer accepted by the landlord. He also said we had to travel from Hampshire to Ilkley to do to an ID check before we moved in. He had no consideration for me needing to take time off from work to do this. I called him back to tell him this is impossible. Ben then admitted there was a way around it by doing a post office ID check and moving into the property three days later. He had really annoyed us with his rude and controlling attitude we pulled out of the property. Customer Service counts, he needs to brush up on his customer care skills and go back on courses. Oddly enough the property went in 24 hrs of us pulling out. It felt like he was trying to put us off by being extremely awkward, inflexible, obnoxious and rude.

Disappointing tenancy experience with Linley & Simpson

I was charged a ?144 for deep cleaning, even though I returned the flat clean and in the same condition I received it. Ebony Robinson, Daniela Diaz, and Trey provided information that was sometimes conflicting and unclear, which made resolving the issue frustrating. The way the situation was handled felt disorganised and confusing. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to rent through them again and suggest others consider this carefully before renting, especially if you want clear communication and fair treatment.

Awful Service

The service received from Linley/Morgans has always been pretty poor. But more recently after numerous phone calls with them they are just utterly rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend them to anyone and would strongly advise anyone against using them to manage their property or rent from them.As you can see they have more recently been given 5 star reviews (all within the past 3 weeks). Hmmm pretty much guaranteed these all to be from fake profiles as there's nothing 5 star about this business!AVOID!

There is no customer care or service

There is no customer care or service provided, they reply with templates that dona ? ?t answer the questions. They even go as far to make out the dispute is with the tenants when it is not, rather than their poor service and lack of professionalism. I have given them time after time to address the issue and half the time they dona ? ?t even look at the emails and photos.I would recommend Northwood over this business everyday of the week.

Wendy from the Wakefield branch was extremely helpful in helping me organise an early termination of my tenancy today. I emailed a month or so back for some information about the process as well and she was extremely informative. Thanks a lot Wendy - I really appreciate it! Update: I made complaints RE charges at end of my tenancy that were ridiculous. Some staff members were rude, insensitive, and generally unhelpful. I found the manager to be extremely patronising to me. I would not recommend these agents to anyone now. My previous experience was positive, so that's a shame. Luckily I am out of renting now and don't have to deal with this. If I ever decide to sell my house, I will NOT be doing so through this company.
