Wendy from the Wakefield branch was extremely helpful in helping me organise an early termination of my tenancy today. I emailed a month or so back for some information about the process as well and she was extremely informative. Thanks a lot Wendy - I really appreciate it! Update: I made complaints RE charges at end of my tenancy that were ridiculous. Some staff members were rude, insensitive, and generally unhelpful. I found the manager to be extremely patronising to me. I would not recommend these agents to anyone now. My previous experience was positive, so that's a shame. Luckily I am out of renting now and don't have to deal with this. If I ever decide to sell my house, I will NOT be doing so through this company.
