I am writing to provide feedback on the handling of my repair query, initiated on the 26th of April. Despite my previous conversation with a member of your team, L&S, and the assurance of receiving updates, I regret to inform you that I have not received any substantial information regarding the progress of my request. The only update I have received so far is that it has been passed on to the landlord. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency throughout this process.
