I placed an order which Comfrt provided the incorrect shipping address to a third party delivery company, Ontrac. I reached out to Comfrt for assistance and received a response advising to "talk to your neighbors or local post office" when I was home all day. 4 emails sent to Comfrt, 3 voicemails left to Comfrt, no responses. I placed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and was advised the merchant has an F rating, and often labeled as fraudulent transactions. I asked for a replacement or refund, and am currently without the goods and the money. I have opened an investigation with my bank, the attorney general office, and the better business bureau.This is very poor customer service, especially for a first time buyer.
This company ONLY WANTS YOUR $$. IF you return your order, THEY KEEP YOUR $$. NO REFUND GIVEN! They give you a Store Credit. SOOOOO, THEY NEVER PART WITH $$$$$$! DISGUSTING SHAMEFUL COMPANY!! IF this were a "STAND UP" COMPANY, They would issue a 💯% FULL REFUND! They are a Greedy MONEY 💰 HUNGRY COMPANY. 🤢
I have a few of these that I travel in for shows.Whether I’m flying or driving these outfits are a must wear for my traveling and set up needs.Have received hundreds of compliments and directed them to the website.Now it’s time to buy my kids theirs!
I received an item with a hole in the shorts and immediately contacted customer service. I received a quick response from my first email asking for pictures which I sent. I have heard nothing since and have sent 4 follow up emails. Customer service is everything so very disappointing.
At this point I am only able to rate the customer service. My order is a pre-order and I will receive the products in April. Customer service has been FANTASTIC! I had to cancel my pre-order and then reorder it due to a mistake on my end. The communication has been top-notch. They have kept me informed of what was going on and when I would receive my refund. I had a reply from them within 6-12 hours every time I had a question. You don’t see this level of customer service with many companies anymore. Thank you!
