I got 2 set for my son amd one for myself. The fabric is soft but the sizing is off. My set was huge and the problem is that if you return the items you only get store credit. That's how they make their money. So I kept my set and wear as is. This is not a way to make business, I guess that they are having their moment now but if they don't change the return policy not many people will buy from them. The other thing are the pre-orders, 3 months waiting before it ships, ridicolous and furthermore Am I financing their production by paying in advance? That's basically what they do. Not impressed at all.
I had seen these sweats all over social media and decided to buy them. I wanted to have something comfortable to wear for my upcoming chemo and needed a zip up so that my port could be accessed. Following the sizing guidelines exactly I ordered an XS for myself. When my order arrived, the top was huge but the bottoms were tight. I immediately reached out to customer service who wasn’t willing to do anything to assist other than the their typical return and reorder meaning I wouldn’t have them for my appointment this Friday morning. She came across as very passive aggressive and less than sympathetic which was extremely surprising being that their mission statement is all about mental health. I admit I should have done better research into their return policy so that was my fault. However, as someone in the healthcare field for over 20 years I definitely would not promote your company as such. Hopefully not all your customer service reps are like Brooke. We will absolutely not be returning as customers again. The return wasn’t even worth it because after this I wouldn’t want their product so the sets were given to our nieces.
Total scam. I ordered an XS 9 pocket hoodie and waited months to get it. When i finally did, it was enormous and i could only get a store credit and no refund. A total waste on money and time. Should have checked the reviews first before buying. Definitely buyer be ware!
I was in search for a hoodie that did not make me look like a bum, and boxy. I wanted a not thin material, and something not super oversized. I also wanted a fun color. This hoodie checks every box! I am 5’4 and ordered a size small, and it fits PERFECTLY. i was worried it would be too small or suffocating, but its very roomy and still looks flattering. It took about 3-4 days to come, overall my experience was great and I will definitely repurchase in a different color!
