DO NOT BUY FROM COMFRT!! They have horrible customer service and return policies. I had to return my twice (they run HUGE). Instead of a refund they will only issue credit. The first time I sent it back it took about a month to receive my credit. I sent back a second set (still too big) about 6 weeks ago and still haven't seen my return/credit. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me it's "being processed." No clue if I'll ever see the $100 I spent on these sweats.
I am OBSESSED with every single set that I own. A friend of mine recommended them, and I have not stopped purchasing since. I have both the zip up and hoodie style. Both jogger and wide leg pants style. And I love them all. I recommend them to anyone that asks, and a few of my coaching staff have started to purchase the sets because they are just that good. They are definitely oversized so if I recommend sizing down. That is what I did and it is the perfect oversized look.

It’s definitely become a staple in my wardrobe—for school days, errands, or weekend adventures.
I placed an order for a dog hoodie back in mid-February and paid in full. Comfort shipped it via UPS and the package has been lost. Comfort gave me a link to Route.com to file a claim, Route can't find my order # and Comfort is unwilling to make this right. Even after my several exchanges via email with Comfort they will not provide a phone number so I can talk to anyone. This companies' customer service is horrible, do not order from them as they are more headache than good. There are many other companies that have great sweats and for incredible blankets go to Minky Blankets for the softest blankets you will ever find they are a private woman owned business
I had such a great experience with ordering from comfort. I originally did not know I had ordered a pre-order and had inquired about shipping information because I had been a couple months. Their customer service support was extremely helpful and got back to me very quickly once my comfort outfit arrived I was extremely happy and it was well worth the wait! It is so comfortable and soft. It just makes me feel calm and safe.
I have been buying comfrt for yrs for myself , my family, and friends , and recently I needed customer service assistance- my shirt arrived with a perfect circle hole right in the middle of the top. They requested pictures of the shirt, the packaging, bag, the sku , everything. I sent them all of it , but also explained to them that I never ever receive order confirmations from them. Idk why, but I get the original order email when I order, then never any other updates , and it’s never been a big issue. I never know when it’s coming or anything , but no big deal. Until now. If you ever do have an issue, order number aside I had 7 communications back and forth with them over a weeks time, and still no resolution. I just wanted a shirt that wasn’t damaged 🥴 worst customer experience ever. So I guess I’m stuck with a $100 lounge set with a giant hole in the middle of the shirt . Sucks since it was the 3rd one I ordered within 2 weeks because I loved them, but knowing this is the service if you ever need it, and no number to call. I’ll pass. There’s other loungewear in the world. I know losing me as a customer doesn’t matter to them as a big picture. I didn’t approach them with an “ I spend thousands of dollars “ type attitude, because irrelevant. I just wanted this shirt replaced. And they make it impossible. So it’s in the corner of my closet.. where it’ll probably stay. Maybe use it as a rag perhaps.. it is a waffle material. Who knows expensive rag tho!
