If I could give this company ZERO stars, I absolutely would. Ordering from Comfrt is a guaranteed nightmare. They use OnTrac, a notoriously unreliable shipping company that is infamous for lost packages, incorrect tracking, and failed deliveries. And guess what? Comfrt does NOTHING to help.When your package inevitably disappears into the abyss, Comfrt will wash their hands of it and blame the shipper. You’ll be stuck in an endless loop, unable to reach anyone who will take responsibility. You pay your hard-earned money, you get nothing in return, and neither Comfrt nor OnTrac will lift a finger to help.This isn’t just bad service—it’s outright theft. Save yourself the frustration, avoid the scam, and DO NOT ORDER FROM COMFRT.
Here’s my take on the Comfrt sweatsuit Pastel Collection: it’s honestly a game-changer for anyone who values comfort with a splash of style. The colors—like baby blue, lavender, and that soft pink—are gorgeous and understated, giving off a calm, cozy vibe that’s perfect for lounging or even stepping out casually. The material is ridiculously soft, thanks to that Super Soft Combed Cotton Blend they use, and the enzyme wash really does make it feel broken-in right out of the box. I love how it’s slightly weighted, too—it’s not heavy like a blanket, but just enough to feel grounding, which I’ve found surprisingly soothing on anxious days.The oversized fit is spot-on for me. It’s roomy without drowning you, and the kangaroo pocket and big hood add to that relaxed feel. I got the pastel green set, and it’s become my go-to for chilling at home or quick errands. It washes well—no pilling or fading so far—and the quality feels solid, like it’ll last.
Be sure about your size as their ‘return’ process is horrible. I’m embarking on what looks to be about a month process that will cost me 50% more than what I paid at initial purchase to exchange a pair of sweat pants for the exact same ones one size smaller. Bought the pants as part of a set as a present and with no option to exchange ( you have to return for store credit and rebuy) between the higher price of buying the pants on their own on the shipping charge in out another $20+. Oh and then did contact them and they were very quick to confirm this is their process. Also for fun I guess they give you 16 hours to use the return QR code on Sunday at USPS a day they are closed.
