Review Time
Great sweats, if they bother to send them. I ordered three sets with no issues (except some delivery timing problem, but still got them so whatever). But then.....4th set was a gift for a coworker, came without sweatpants. Contacted customer service, was a bit of a hassle but they sent the pants. Next order (preorder of three sets), split delivery, first set came with no problems. Next delivery supposed to have my final 2 sets, missing sweatpants...AGAIN. I write immediately saying "Hey, you did it again. NO Pants. Please send them or tell me when to expect them." Crickets. Nothing but one blow off email over a week ago. They either are mismanaged or they hope you won't mind them stealing half your order. If you manage to get your order, you'll be happy. But you may wait a LONG time to get nothing, or a half order and then wait until you get your money back. You've been warned. It's a gamble.
I had a great experience at Comfrt from start to finish. The color selection is amazing and not incredibly gendered. The sizing is generous, and the soft, weighted fabric is unlike anything I’ve worn before. As an autistic woman, wearing it is a dream. The androgynous undergarments I also bought are probably one of my favorite purchases - they are soft, fit perfectly, and make me feel good & pretty, which is difficult to find in clothing when you are nonbinary and halfway to 50, let alone when looking for what goes underneath. I know these will be a staple for me and I cannot wait to buy more. It’s easy to tell that this company cares about comfort, relaxation, people, & mental health. And It feels nice to support a company that is supporting so many valuable mental health services and charities and the people who need them.
I’ve been a fan of Comfrt clothing, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again. I ordered sweatpants and one of their blankets I had waited a long time to come back in stock. The box arrived with only the sweatpants inside—even though the tracking said both items were delivered. The box was way too small to fit a blanket, so it was clearly missing.I contacted customer service immediately, sent photos, and followed up multiple times. Their only reply was a generic message asking for the same photos I already sent. Then they closed the support ticket just because I didn’t respond within a day—while I was working. I’ve tried reaching out again but got nothing back. This is unacceptable. I paid for two items, got one, and now I’m being ignored. Horrible customer service. I just want my money back.
First off Thank You comfrt for supporting such a great cause! ❤️🩹🤍 I ordered my first set and fell absolutely in love with it! Not to mention I had to tell family and friends how amazing they feel when worn. Stylish, comfy, buttery soft and feels like a great big warm bear hug 🥰. Forever hooked! Inspirational quotes included melted my heart! THANK YOU!
It's is clear that they're either using an AI bot as their customer service reps, or their staff are absolutely incompetent. One agent told me a gift card was reissued to my email address and then in the body of the SAME email, asked for my email address so that they could issue a gift card. Aside from that, when I send an email about one order, they reply to a completely unrelated order, without resolution. However the most significant and nefarious thing that they do is flagrantly disabling customers from being able to return their items during the 7-day refund period so that they're forced to accept & use store credit instead. It was blatantly obvious during my returns: per their own return policy, returns completed within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund through original payment. I received my order at the end of March & within 3 days started the return process. Their return portal completed the return, but never issued a return label or QR code. After ONE MONTH of trying to get a hold of their customer service, they told me "just try again." Zero effort to resolve the problem. Of course the portal wouldn't even let me try again because it had already completed my return the first time. I emailed them back & that also took a while for a response. Ultimately, I had to use their return address and pay for shipping myself because they couldn't provide a simple QR code. Then once THEY RECEIVED my order, as confirmed by USPS shipping, they wouldn't issue a refund. After 1.5 weeks from when they had my return in their hands did they issue a gift card because of course the 7 day refund period expired. Experiences like this are common across social media and the internet. It's disgusting. I'd like the shipping amount refunded to me, but I know that'll never happen.
My junior high school aged child wanted a $100 sweat set from them for Christmas as her big present from her grandparents. They ordered Small kids instead of Small adults because... grandparents. And then the whole family promptly got the flu. When I tried to exchange them, even offering to pay for shipping and a restocking fee, they said we were 6 days over the return window and there was no leeway. It would have been so easy for them to say yes, but instead I have a devastated child. Also, her 80+ grandmother took days to find the receipt because she was looking for "Comfort" instead of "Comfrt" - and instead of laughing at the absurdity of that, they were cruel. So be forewarned. There are so many other companies that have excellent customer service. I hope that this helps someone -- many people -- choose not to buy from them.
