They use OnTrac, a notoriously unreliable shipping company that is infamous for lost packages, incorrect tracking, and failed deliveries. And guess what? Comfrt does NOTHING to help.When your package inevitably disappears into the abyss, Comfrt will wash their hands of it and blame the shipper. You’ll be stuck in an endless loop, unable to reach anyone who will take responsibility. You pay your hard-earned money, you get nothing in return, and neither Comfrt nor OnTrac will lift a finger to help.This isn’t just bad service—it’s outright theft.
