I have been buying comfrt for yrs for myself , my family, and friends , and recently I needed customer service assistance- my shirt arrived with a perfect circle hole right in the middle of the top. They requested pictures of the shirt, the packaging, bag, the sku , everything. I sent them all of it , but also explained to them that I never ever receive order confirmations from them. Idk why, but I get the original order email when I order, then never any other updates , and it’s never been a big issue. I never know when it’s coming or anything , but no big deal. Until now. If you ever do have an issue, order number aside I had 7 communications back and forth with them over a weeks time, and still no resolution. I just wanted a shirt that wasn’t damaged 🥴 worst customer experience ever. So I guess I’m stuck with a $100 lounge set with a giant hole in the middle of the shirt . Sucks since it was the 3rd one I ordered within 2 weeks because I loved them, but knowing this is the service if you ever need it, and no number to call. I’ll pass. There’s other loungewear in the world. I know losing me as a customer doesn’t matter to them as a big picture. I didn’t approach them with an “ I spend thousands of dollars “ type attitude, because irrelevant. I just wanted this shirt replaced. And they make it impossible. So it’s in the corner of my closet.. where it’ll probably stay. Maybe use it as a rag perhaps.. it is a waffle material. Who knows expensive rag tho!
