These sets are a must for my kiddos. Cute and stylish but so comfy. They will be living in them. My son got the bundle in the signature style and the onyx black is so cool! We sized up one size and got a small and it was extra oversized but exactly how we wanted it to fit him. He is 38lbs . So so cozy!
100/10 set in latte and a size small I’m 5’8 125lbs I just love this set because even though it’s oversized, it’s not wearing you. The length is great very tall person friendly super comfortable you just feel so relaxed and effortless wearing this and still cute at the same time
I did not see a shipping date for my pre-order, so I reached out to get the information. The automatic reply said I wouldn't receive a reply for 3-4 days. Instead, I got a response within the hour. The email was kind and gave me the answer I needed promptly. I am so glad Brooke gave me a swift response with a respectful and simple answer. Thank you, Brooke!
Sent to me the wrong size, customer service was awful, they do not issue refunds, regardless, even if they are in fault. I would never buy from them again. You also cannot talk to them on the phone. They only email and send the same messages over and over and do not help. Do not recommend.
In good faith I ordered 3 hoodies from Comfrt recently. Immediately after I placed my order I thought I should have ordered medium not large. I immediately sent a message and email to Comfrt. A gal named Brooke replied to my email saying she happily adjusted my order to all medium. Shortly thereafter I got an email from Justine at Comfrt saying the only way to go from large to medium was to pay a little more and receive them later than expected. WHAT? WHY? Brooke already fixed the order. Justine said Brooke was new and would require retraining because she shouldn't have just fixed my order. Justine as much as said, either you wait longer and pay more or the order would remail all large. I IMMEDIATELY canceled my order. This is the worst craziest customer service I've ever experienced. Completely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I still can't believe Justine at Comfrt lost a sale and future customer over this. I have ALL the emails to prove this is exactly what happened. The owner owes me an apology in my opinion. I was excited about the product and was intending on becoming a brand ambassador, thats in my emails as well. If anyone asks me about Confrt I will tell them exactly how I was treated. Insane really.
