Review of Comfrt
In good faith I ordered 3 hoodies from Comfrt recently. Immediately after I placed my order I thought I should have ordered medium not large. I immediately sent a message and email to Comfrt. A gal named Brooke replied to my email saying she happily adjusted my order to all medium. Shortly thereafter I got an email from Justine at Comfrt saying the only way to go from large to medium was to pay a little more and receive them later than expected. WHAT? WHY? Brooke already fixed the order. Justine said Brooke was new and would require retraining because she shouldn't have just fixed my order. Justine as much as said, either you wait longer and pay more or the order would remail all large. I IMMEDIATELY canceled my order. This is the worst craziest customer service I've ever experienced. Completely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I still can't believe Justine at Comfrt lost a sale and future customer over this. I have ALL the emails to prove this is exactly what happened. The owner owes me an apology in my opinion. I was excited about the product and was intending on becoming a brand ambassador, thats in my emails as well. If anyone asks me about Confrt I will tell them exactly how I was treated. Insane really.
