I wanted to like this company so much because who doesn't love comfy sweats. Unfortunately, it has been one dissapointment after another. The clothes are way to oversized, the shipping is a nightmare and customer service is a joke. After all I have spent, I have nothing and the company is fine with that. Overpriced and way overhyped. Thumbs down for me...
What made my experience great is that I love the product I love being able to hang around in a sweat suit and I can get it any size I want taking off my heels my dress clothes during the week from work and just be comfortable just to be comfortable is it's such a blessing to have an outfit like that that you can run to it's your comfortable outfit. And I want people to know I live in Minnesota Minnesota is one of the coldest state it is in the United States of America and I love Minnesota I can put one Comfort jumpsuits on and I am so warm even at 22 below zero I wore that I had to take my coat off I live in Minnesota anybody that live in Minnesota New York Philadelphia New Jersey they know how the weather can get under almost 40 below zero these are the best sweat suit to have order them for your children order them for yourself your husband and they're very plush in velvet on the inside and they are stylish so you get in that style if you don't want the name comfort on their just order a plain one I cannot say too much more about it and when I am a working class mother with five kids My kids even love their sweat suits I'm telling you I'm telling you in Minnesota, The comfort sweat suits and hoodies take care of the the cold weather and I make sure they have the correct boots and headwear on I just make sure they're not wearing their hoodies in the classroom and refuse them to take them off cuz kids does that I know I'm a teacher 18 years now. And they had the best customer service when you're ordering for yourself your husband and your children sometimes things get left behind that you thought and so when you have an 18-year-old who want a red sweat suit I had to pre-order that it was on back order and every time I called in they were so patient with me they were so kind they were so endeavored with me and they also persevered with me when is it going to come when is it going to be here and we have to take in consideration when we working with individuals in clothing and retelling industry be mindful please treat people the way you want to be treated and they were just wonderful to me and my family.
Comfrt customer service is above and beyond, when my postal service accidentially sent back my package, comfort helped me navigate getting it back! They were kind and responsive! One of the easiest companys to work with i have ever experienced.Now for the product, i have a very stressful job, and sometimes it helps to just relax and let it all go. Ice tried weighted blankets (too heavy) and compression garmets (ugh, too tight). Comfrts suits felt like a big soft hug, and within a few minutes with it on, my favorite snack, and some streaming tv show, i felt completely calm and my brain was able to slow down. Its a high quality product thats exactly as described. Very worth it. I cant wait to gift Comfrt to my family this holiday season!
They don't have an exchange policy. I purchased something too big. Had to return it, for credit. Not a refund!. So now I've been waiting well over 2 weeks for the refund to purchase the right size. After contacting them several times, they only tell me the return needs further investigation!
I ordered the COMFRT signature set and returned it because I didn’t like how stiff it was. But this TRANQUIL set is a 10/10! It’s so comfortable and I can’t stop wearing it! I also love the waffle knit lounge set! I still recommend sizing down for the tranquil set and doing true to size for the waffle knit set!
I wish I was kidding when I say I bought over 20 comfrt sets, including one for my dog.. I highly recommend this to everyone. They’re amazing, so comfortable I get so many compliments every time I wear them out and on top of that they make the perfect gift for literally anyone.
I wish I could give NO STARS. I ordered my present order in February. I waited my time frame and they did not send my order. When I messaged for an update, I kept getting the run around, with NO update. This company is crap and only wants to work with influencers.
