Review Time
I was looking into getting blankets for my children and another hoodie and sweatpants set for myself. (As some know, Comfrt is linked with Shop.) I was looking at what it was going to cost, and my phone was auto-generating promo codes when all of a sudden Shop confirmed and paid for the order without me even doing a thing.I also didn't save a promo code either. All of a sudden, I got a notification thanking me for my order. I immediately reached out to their support and asked them to cancel the order. I didn't have the money to spend $325 on Comfrt, as I am a single mom of three children.I was just trying to get an idea of what it was going to cost. Mind you, I reached out within five minutes and was instantly told there was nothing they could do, and they were already processing my order to send out. The representative said she could cancel the pre-shipment part of the order, but I would have to receive my ready-for-shipment order, then return it, and all I could get back is store credit. I was clearly upset about this, as I can't pay my bills with store credit to Comfrt, and I was blown away by the lack of attempt to work with me or have empathy for the situation.Oh, and to find out that I have had to reach out to them several more times for them to still not have canceled the rest of the order. I will never buy from them again due to their horrible customer service.I have been a huge fan of Comfrt and regularly buy their items and volunteer to work overtime just to afford to get their items. However, their product isn't worth the cost, the colors fade, their customer service team is pathetic to say the least, and frankly not at all worth another penny spent with them!
Comfrt not only makes the most comfortable and soft feeling Goodies and pants, they heavyweight collection is my favorite!! But the staff has always gone above and beyond to assist with any issues, questions, or concerns. They don't speak to you like a customer but like a friend. With them you get a great product and exceptional service. I have 3 sets myself and bought a heavyweight set for my son and pants for my dad. You cannot go wrong with comfrt.
These are my absolute favorite sweats. And while I bought some to ship immediately, the pre-order pricing makes them really affordable! The sizing is perfect for that comfortable, oversized lounging. I own several sets and can’t wait to order more when new fun colors launch. If you are a fabulous comfy girlie like me— these won’t let you down.
Comfrt says they will give refunds, but only in the form of a credit to exchange for other merch. that's not a refund, it's an exchange. i'm stuck with garbage merchandise and I am not interested in exchanging it for other garbage merchandise in another color or size. this is poor business when there is no actual store to be able to try on a garment. don't waste your money.
I wish i could do NEGATIVE STARS. This brand comfrt hoodie is an actual scam. Overpriced cheap walmart cotton hoodie priced around 100$ ??? Are you serious? Waa very excited for this brand because it said weighted WELLL thats a lie. It barley has any weight!!!!! wearing two hoodies would be heavier. And on top of it getting snags in the fabric already??? My 25$ WALMART AND TARGET clothes have lasted longer in terms of quality. And the fact its so over priced when its just basic cotton and nothing special is annoying. Dont waste your time or money on this garbage PLEASE!!!!!ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR ADVERTISEMENT LIKE THE PEOPLE FROM TIK TOK AND YOUTUBE ACTING LIKE ITS AMAZING!! Those are PAID actors. And most other good reviews are also sponsored or just people that work for comfrt. This was very disappointing to learn because i love supporting small business but cmfrt a cash grab scam in my eyes with the lack of quality and insanely high prices AGAIN FOR CHEAP COTTON. Tik tok ads have never done me so wrong. LITERALLY JUST LOOK UP THE WORDS “comfrt scam”
Shipping was faster than expected. My Comfrt sweat suit fit perfectly! The quality is immaculate. I’m also happy to hear they will be more size inclusive in their advertising! I will definitely be placing another order TODAY! The customer service is also top notch. Fast replies and courteous.
I almost didn't put 5 stars because I waited quite some time for the product. HOWEVER, I am more than pleased with it now that I have received it. It is VERY comfortable with a perfect fit. I will be purchasing in every color in the near future. Highly Recommend!
