Review of Comfrt
I had seen these sweats all over social media and decided to buy them. I wanted to have something comfortable to wear for my upcoming chemo and needed a zip up so that my port could be accessed. Following the sizing guidelines exactly I ordered an XS for myself. When my order arrived, the top was huge but the bottoms were tight. I immediately reached out to customer service who wasn’t willing to do anything to assist other than the their typical return and reorder meaning I wouldn’t have them for my appointment this Friday morning. She came across as very passive aggressive and less than sympathetic which was extremely surprising being that their mission statement is all about mental health. I admit I should have done better research into their return policy so that was my fault. However, as someone in the healthcare field for over 20 years I definitely would not promote your company as such. Hopefully not all your customer service reps are like Brooke. We will absolutely not be returning as customers again. The return wasn’t even worth it because after this I wouldn’t want their product so the sets were given to our nieces.
