Fraudulent Merchant Activity

I placed an order which Comfrt provided the incorrect shipping address to a third party delivery company, Ontrac. I reached out to Comfrt for assistance and received a response advising to "talk to your neighbors or local post office" when I was home all day. 4 emails sent to Comfrt, 3 voicemails left to Comfrt, no responses. I placed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and was advised the merchant has an F rating, and often labeled as fraudulent transactions. I asked for a replacement or refund, and am currently without the goods and the money. I have opened an investigation with my bank, the attorney general office, and the better business bureau.This is very poor customer service, especially for a first time buyer.
