The BEST customer service!

At this point I am only able to rate the customer service. My order is a pre-order and I will receive the products in April. Customer service has been FANTASTIC! I had to cancel my pre-order and then reorder it due to a mistake on my end. The communication has been top-notch. They have kept me informed of what was going on and when I would receive my refund. I had a reply from them within 6-12 hours every time I had a question. You don’t see this level of customer service with many companies anymore. Thank you!
