We moved into Arlington Lodge 6 months ago and are extremely happy there. We settled very quickly thanks to the friendliness of residents and the support of the manager and fellow occupants, as we adapted to this major life change. Activities are available at whatever level you choose, but privacy is respected.We feel very safe & secure, and life is less stressful now that we have fewer maintenance responsibilities.
Such a convenient central location in a secure, gated location with residents parking. Oscar Lodge is a beautifully maintained property with a gorgeous shaded terrace garden area and extremely well kept communal areas including a welcoming residents lounge with optional activities for residents. The Manager and residents make this a warm, welcoming home. Thank you.

Lisa kindly told me about the generous awards that Churchill Estates support for local communities and we won an award for the Wade day care centre just over the road from the court. This means loads of over 60's can benefit even more from the services over at the day care centre. Thanks you Lisa, Willow Court and Churchill estates from all the Wade trustees and members.
The staff at Thackery Lodge have been extremely supportive and understanding of my mother's needs. They were very accommodating and patient during the complex and challenging move and continue to offer guidance and support when required. My mother is extremely pleased with her new flat and is enjoying building friendships with the other owners in the building.
i have worked at Chelmer lodge cleaning for 7 years, in that time we have had several managers and lockdown. Since the new lodge manager Nichola started she has made a real positive impact.Part of my duties is to make sure the guest suite is clean, before and after guests, since Nichola has started she has devised a rota and a communication book, which works very well, Nichola is kind, caring, understanding and very efficient and this shows in the relationship she has built with the residents. She is a real asset to Chelmer Lodge.
We own an apartment in Parkside Court Southport,our 5 star rating is for our house manager Liz Mclean.Liz is very professional as the representative of Churchill estates,but more importantly to us she is friendly,caring,always makes time to have a quick chat and always reliable.
We have just undertaken some fire compliance works at Brook Lodge in Benfleet. Caroline the lodge, manager has been extremely accommodating of our needs and has been really help liaising with residents on our behalf throughout the course of the project. You can tell she has a great rapport with the residents. All the residents were also very accommodating of us as well and It was a pleasure working at Brook Lodge.
