Lorraine Rolfe is the manager at HomeSarum House in Salisbury and provides a truly excellent service. Over the past 18months Mum has become less mobile and unwell, and I have seen at close hand how much care Lorraine takes to ensure a great service for the residents. She regularly visits residents to 'check in' with a friendly chat which always lifts Mum's spirits. She knows all the residents well and works tirelessly for the community there. Lorraine is the heart of HomeSarum House!
I would recommend Beechcroft in Maghull as a place to live. It is home from home atmosphere. The place is always spotless and the staff are very warm and welcoming. The lady who managers the building does extra activities with the home owners and is always happy to help and answer any questions or queries. Thankyou Mrs Instone
Back in August residents voted to change management of Haddenhurst Court to Churchill and in my opinion it’s the best move by far!Marina, our new Lodge Manager has been like a breath of fresh air to our poor neglected site.She is full of enthusiasm and has a no nonsense straight forward approach. She gets the job done, is 100% proactive whilst also being caring and understanding towards residents.Tony, James and the team are such a great asset to our site and have already, in a short time, made so many improvements including the new name plate at the main entrance and the Manager wearing a name badge, small things that make such a difference.We are happy that the roof repairs are being carried out and this has put residents in a much happier place so thank you for that ??Looking forward to many happy years with Churchill and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
After meeting Fiona at the door she showed the nurse where to go, where the emergency exits, toilets and information was. She showed us where the parking was and how to get into the building via the carpark. She was lovely to speak to and the people living there have a great person keeping them safe
Gail has been a great help to me since I moved into Mere Lodge, always on hand to explain how the equipment works and give advice if needed. She always greets you a friendly smile and deals with things in a professional manner. She is a great help at all times.
Recently residents at Haddenhurst Court voted to change service managers and selected Churchill Estate Management.There had been a remarkable improvement since then. We now have excellent communications, professional attention to detail, transparency on costings and planned works, and an site manager of the highest calibre (Marina).It is through the site manager that the improvements have been implemented, from the lesser details, such as replacing a stair light, to major roof repairs.This has been particularly impressive because of the incompetence of the previous management company which left Haddenhurst Court development with many issues requiring attention.We have been fortunate in choosing Churchill to manage Haddenhurst Court and most fortunate to have such an excellent manager.
Appartments are built to a high standard.Close to town with only short walkto shops,buses and rail station.Yet it is in quiet neighbourhood ,with pleasant views in all directions.The communal lounge is well suited tosocialise with other residents,if one chooses.
Moved my Mum to this complex in June 2022. She was 85 at the time of the move and it has been the best decision we have ever made. She feels, safe, secure and involved. Neighbours are friendly and supportive, site manager extremely helpful and Churchill, albeit new to us at this complex, are supportive and understanding of the needs of the householders and staff. My only observation and perhaps criticism is that Churchill itself need to move into the 21st century with their technology and accounting systems. Example, quarterly bills for ground rent came as a bit shock with no monthly DD facility available. My Mum has to rely on me to set up the payment each quarter.
