Easy and stress free

Not having moved house for nearly 25 years I found the whole experience with Churchill very easy - they did everything and kept myself and partner fully informed at every stage if the move - we really had very little to except sign a few documents - even moving day went smoothly with everything done for us

Lodge manager of St. Pauls Lodge

Steve Mitchell, Lodge Manager of St. Pauls Lodge, Shoreham-by-Sea has shown himself to be friendly, kind and helpful. Another important quality is that he enables repairs and maintenance to be done as quickly as possible. As a resident this adds to my feeling of comfort and safety. Many thanks!

As a carer that visits Mitchell Lodge i would like to say what a lovely friendly clean lodge Mitchell lodge is the lodge manager Sharon is always happy to greet everyone with a smile and is extremely passionate about her role and goes over and above to help her owners and visitors. It's a pleasure to visit.

I am Sandra Dean and I’m a resident at Gerard Lodge in Bognor Regis. I would just like to say how much I enjoy our new lodge manager Laura. She has improved the atmosphere within the Lodge and has been arranging lots more outings and activities for all residents. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful, a wonderful new lodge manager.

Simmonds Lodge is a beautiful well maintained building. The Lodge Manager Julie Racher is very welcoming, helpful and very professional. It’s a pleasure to go here, infact we look forward to it as everyone is so welcoming.

Symonds Lodge - 1-month to fix the Front Door Entry Keypad

Symonds Lodge, Havant. The Front Door Button entry pad broke 3+ weeks ago and is not going to be repaired until 5th Feb at the earliest. The maintenance contract is clearly not fit for purpose and Churchill's management woefull to the point of incompetence. The Lodge Manager has gone above and beyond having to perform 24/7 on-call for emergency, visitor access throughout. Get a grip !!!!

Awful customer service I have a sold a flat via probate for a

I have a sold a flat via probate for a recently deceased relative and CEM are sending me invoice’s for service and management charges for dates after the flat was sold & completed last November, The charges are for December 2024 to may 2025 They are not responding to my emails and promise to get back to me when I have phoned but do not, This is causing a lot of stress

Goodwin Lodge is wonderful!

Goodwin Lodge is an exceptional place with an exceptional manager, Sharon, at its helm. The guest suite allows me and my family to spend time with my mum, a resident here, without having to spend a fortune, or more importantly, worry about getting back to wherever we are staying after a visit. It means that we can have much more quality time with mum. The ensuite room is large, clean and beautifully furnished, with everything you would expect to find in a classy hotel, such as tea and coffee making facilities, freeview TV right down to its white fluffy towels! The aforementioned manager, Sharon, is an absolute godsend. Not just as a friendly, welcoming host, but as someone who will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need and I know that my mum and all the residents here value her greatly. Buying her flat here was the best thing my 86 year old mum could have done in terms of safety and company (there are SOO many events and always someone to have a cuppa with down in the lovely lounge) and with Sharon as the manager, we really couldn’t ask for a better place.

We live at Penrhyn Court

We live at Penrhyn Court, Penrhyn Bay. We recently had our bathroom completely refitted, as we only have one bathroom we felt lucky to have the use of one of the guest rooms while the work was being done. Karl Simpson, the manager for some years now, has recently retired but has agreed to do relief until a new manager has been appointed, he has always been helpful and available to us. We are grateful he is there in the interim and will miss him when he finally goes. We hope he enjoys his retirement.
