i have worked at Chelmer lodge cleaning for 7 years, in that time we have had several managers and lockdown. Since the new lodge manager Nichola started she has made a real positive impact.Part of my duties is to make sure the guest suite is clean, before and after guests, since Nichola has started she has devised a rota and a communication book, which works very well, Nichola is kind, caring, understanding and very efficient and this shows in the relationship she has built with the residents. She is a real asset to Chelmer Lodge.
