The staff at Thackery Lodge have been extremely supportive and understanding of my mother's needs. They were very accommodating and patient during the complex and challenging move and continue to offer guidance and support when required. My mother is extremely pleased with her new flat and is enjoying building friendships with the other owners in the building.
