The equipment and facilities are great. Changing and bathroom could be cleaner. So far, the staff are the worse part. They haven't talked to me or noticed me as a member, they just seem to be their, don't even say hi. The receptionist is nice, doesn't say anything to me but at least they notice I'm there. On my first day, I was having trouble finding my way around and there was a staff member on the reception desk and they clearly saw me but did ask if I needed help.

Having discussed the situation of paying for goods and them supplying poor quality (in my case dead and diseased) with a lawyer, she has advised that this is illegal.THIS COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW BY SUPPLYING POOR QUALITY GOODS AND NOT SUPPLYING SOME ITEMS. AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY

First off, the clothing quality was mediocre. Nowhere near worth the cost.Second, they only delivered half my order. I ordered two hoodies, two sweatpants. I received two hoodies.Third, when I notified them of the partial order, they emailed me back to tell me I did receive my full order, two hoodies and one pair of classic sweatpants. I did not receive one pair classic sweatpants, and I ordered two straight leg sweatpants, I paid for two, have an order confirmation for two. So many mistakes, it's comical. Their second email reply said before they'll ship my missing sweatpants, they wanted a photo of the hoodies I received. Utter nonsense. I did as they asked, sent them the pointless photo, and haven't heard anything back from them.I'm not confident I'll get the missing half of my order, or that I'll get the correct item if they ship me anything. Plus they don't offer returns or refunds, so even if they screw up your order, have fun with your "store credit".Awful. Avoid.

I stayed at Fitzford Lodge, Tavistock, on a 5 day visit last week. It is one of the newer lodges ( 4or 5yrs old ?) & very up to date. I found the place immaculate, well managed & the guest room perfect for me.But the real plus was the welcome of the manager with a very open friendliness & nothing too much trouble.

Dit bedrijf kende ik van vroeger, stond toen al bekend van de aantrekkelijke acties. Daarom na vele jaren weer hier mijn abonnement verlengd met toestel. Niks mis mee. Enige min punt is dat het zo lang duurt voordat je jou toestel krijgt. En ze laten ook niks van zich horen. En dan bel je... sta je een uur in de wacht rij... en het antwoord is... wachten... het komt nog. Toch nog wel steeds goed hoor die acties als je niet erg vind om te wachten. Bij andere site als belsimpel en mobiel.nl had ik mijn toestel de volgende dag. En nu wacht ik al 2 weken en nog steeds niks.
