I bought a keytar, and a part broke pretty much instantly on arrival. They said they will sort out a replacement, and it is not sorted. I have been trying to sort this out for over 6 months. They keep sending emails saying they are waiting for a reply for an internal department, and then never respond. customer service is rubbish, and now I can't use what I bought from them because it doesn't work (easily fixed).

Would not recommend, initial offer was ?269 the they slashed the price to ?90 for scratches, i told them I was not happy and then accepted ?110 as it was roughly what other companies were offering, took them 5 days after receiving phone to even update me and it's been 8 days since I accepted the offer and i still havent received payment. I have emailed them and tried their live chat where no one answered after half an hour so gave up. Do not be fooled by high offer, you will be scammed!!After posting this review they tried to contact me to resolve the problem, they told me I was going to paid that day as a priority... it has now been 12 days (8 business days) since I accepted their low offer and still no payment. I will be reporting UR.co.uk to trading standards as it seems they are scamming amyone that sends a phone in to them.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I stayed in the guest suite at Hubert Lodge, Hythe, Southampton.The room was clean tidy with towels and tea/coffee making facilities, in fact, everything to make my stay comfortable. The Lodge manager was very helpful and provided me with all the information needed to make my stay free of problems. I did meet some of the owners who were welcoming and friendly.

Afgelopen dinsdag een pakket besteld dat vrijdag geleverd zou worden. Tijdens het bezorgmoment zat ik aan mijn tafel met zicht op de voortuin, maar toch beweerde DPD dat ik niet thuis was. Geen briefje in de bus, niet aangebeld — niets. Het pakket ging zonder enige poging terug naar het depot.Ik heb mijn herbezorgvoorkeur aangepast naar een afhaalkluis, met de verwachting dat het maandag geleverd zou worden, zoals de klantenservice aangaf. Ook dat gebeurde niet.Na nogmaals contact met de klantenservice leek het eindelijk goed te komen. Dinsdag om 6:00 uur gaf de tracking aan dat het pakket was gesorteerd en klaar stond voor levering. Maar tot mijn verbazing veranderde de status om 10:43 naar: pakket wordt teruggestuurd naar de afzender.

Er ging iets mis bij het maken van onze boeken. We hadden al betaald maar na annulering 5 minuten na het boeken van de vlucht was het geld in no time teruggestort op de credit card. Toppers bij Trip.com. Meteen de volgende vluchten bij Trip georganiseerd.

Hallo,Bedankt voor je review. Als ik je verhaal zo lees, dan begrijp ik goed dat je hier niet heel vrolijk van wordt. Excuses hiervoor, dat is en mag natuurlijk niet de bedoeling zijn. Veel van onze bestellingen worden via DHL zakelijk verstuurd en daar zijn de mogelijkheden qua voorkeuren inderdaad beperkt. Goed om te weten is dat we momenteel druk bezig zijn om dit snel anders aan te bieden. Waaronder ook bijvoorbeeld het kunnen kiezen voor afhaalpunten. Terrible company. Avoid! I paid for a hotel room, but was not sent any kind of confirmation with a booking reference and without it you cannot contact this company in any way. Like others on here, I thought I was booking direct with Hilton Hotels. This feels like a scam to me. I am now having to put in a claim via Barclaycard.

If something is worth 1 or 2 cents - then honor the offer. When I do my part for a reward I don't screen shoot it for a penny. But your customer service expects that when the issue is brought. Those cents of unpaid rewards are adding up to dollars. They are worse then nickel and diming you. Thanks for the poor customer service and not looking into my missed earned rewards that should be clear in your system - and wasting my time. DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING UNLESS YOU CAN FULLFILL YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN!!!
