We had a great experience at optical express White City . Aman was very informative and was very kind and helpful . And Sabrina the optometrist was so nice and patient and also very knowledgeable overall would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and friendly team, from the reception through to the nurses and surgeons. Made you feel comfortable during what is an anxious time for most of us. It made the whole experience much more relaxed and less stressful even though we had quite a delay on the day. The operation was quick and painless.

Everyone at the Nottingham branch was fantastic - especially Sharon, Sophie and Dr Matthew. I was extremely anxious about having lens replacement but they have been so reassuring throughout. I've called the out of hours team as well after my operation who were also excellent. Dr Matthew's humour and his team really helped! Thank you so much!

I had lens replacement surgery, I would like to thank all the staff at the Bournemouth & Southampton branch for all there help, they were all very professional, explained everything well and made me feel very comfortable whilst having my surgery.
