Had a fantastic experience with Optical Express. Absolutely lovely people from surgeon Dr Mughal to Optometrists Alia and Amir, surgical manager Owne Reception team - Sana and Tan and manager Lorna. All super stars. I now have 20/20 vision although I was scared it was the best decision I have made. Attention to detail and the personalised care provided has been exceptional. I highly highly recommend this company to anyone considering visual correction surgery.

I had Lasek surgery and the team was fantastic! The aftercare has been amazing and they are always on hand if I needed anything. Preeti has been amazing throughout! I saw her before my procedure and after and she has made me feel so at ease. Thank you to the whole team x

I really appreciated the fact that there was no hard sell from Optical Express. The benefits were explained but so were the risks and potential limitations. My surgeon took time prior to and on the day of the surgery to explain all the steps of the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. What Ia€™ve been most impressed with is the advice and support Ia€™ve received from Hayley and Swati in the Derby clinic - their kindness and professionalism gave me the confidence to finally go ahead with the surgery, having wanted to do it for years and I cana€™t thank them enough.
