Everyone at the Nottingham branch was fantastic - especially Sharon, Sophie and Dr Matthew. I was extremely anxious about having lens replacement but they have been so reassuring throughout. I've called the out of hours team as well after my operation who were also excellent. Dr Matthew's humour and his team really helped! Thank you so much!
