Deteriorating experience for me over the last few years, keep going through the same thing for routine work with a different person, very disconnected uncoordinated company. When it comes to something that actually needs managing I end up managing it even though I pay them to do it.
Professional, reliable and responsive. Recently had to have some repair work done to our let and Angus Macready was most helpful in getting the right quotes for us to proceed with confidence and at providing pictures of the completed work. Highly recommended.
Kirk was really supportive throughout the whole process. From booking my viewing and then proceeding ahead with the tenancy Kirk fully explained the process and was helpful in answering any questions I had. So far, Linley & Simpson have been great.
service poor and overpriced.i am a landlord and they behave if it was their property( I am the owner,not mortgaged)their maintenance department is useless.arrogant ,unattentive,don't answer phone and don't get back.I asked for details of my tenants to inform them and all I get is a gdpr lecture, so I asked for a copy of the lease contract.I left my property with them far too long.their communication is poor.they treat you from a high horse.want to charge me for changing agents.absolute rip off merchants.dont use them.
Aimee was fantastic when she showed me around & made me feel comfortable during the viewing.Its important for clients to feel looked after & welcome during all steps of the process & for me its a dealbreaker if agents seem to not care.All email communication & documentation has been great too.
A few years ago I gave them a 5 star review. This is an update on my review. The communication is dreadful and whenever you email it's someone different and you never know whether your speaking to or emailing the right person. Not sure if it's maybe new staff. But I am paying for a service and feel the service let's them down.
Unfortunately have had no other option but to resort to writing and online truthful evaluation of this firm, a) this is the second time this has happened. As a Landlord they hold a tenants deposit and do no release in a legal and timely manner. If this was not enough whilst my property being managed by this company the have failed to manage and allowed the tenant to trash the place and hammer nails into walls and leave the trash outside of front garden.I like other landlords pay such people a fee to manage, this is NOT managing a property, they had left it to the tenants free reign to do what they wished.Whislt their own colleague agreed and confirmed that the tenant will accept fault and allow the deposit to be used for the clean up and works another colleague has since chanhed this stance and advised the deposit is no for use and needs to go through an adjudicator.This company is absolutely awful and lack intergity, honesty, negligence and when money is imvolved 'fraudulent' behaviour comes to mind.They should b3 investigated by the FCA and the Financial Ombudseman.I warn all Landlords to look how your portfolios are being managed.
