Shop staff were awesome, helpful and professional, no complaints, I will sing their praises to any who ask. Phone agents were extremely polite, in an utterly ineffective and offensively bland manner, whilst being actually completely useless, passing me from pillar to post until I realised they were either playing word games, or following a script that they clearly didn't understand, or was broken from it's inception, and they were consciously, or accidentally, never actually going to help with my attempt to purchase a laptop. The online AI assistant is one of the most comprehensively broken pieces of software I've ever had the displeasure of using, and I was auto-updated to win11...So in short, only use the app if you desire to fulfill your specific masochistic cravings, don't waste your time calling their 'customer service' line, but as always, trust the staff you can enter a shop and talk to, they keep companies like this afloat!
Popped in the day before my purchase to look at laptops, printers, and antivirus items, spoke to a guy named Navjot, who was very helpful, explained everything I asked him and more. Came back the next day, and saw Navjot again, told him was going to upgrade laptop from the one I looked at, and again he was very helpful, and put my order together for us. He explained how to register the antivirus and cloud software, when we were ready to do so. A lovely guy to deal with.
