James was the sales person who dealt with me. He was a polite, knowledgeable and did not pressure for sale. I work in sales and he looked after me as a customer as I treat mine. Respectfully. Relaxed and helpful. Will ask for him again in future sales with curry’s
Purchased online to collect from store same day, when payment had been taken it said not available to collect until Monday. Asked customer service to let the store know I would take another colour in stock and was told I need to cancel order and go and buy in store but they take 5-7 days to refund your money. So now cost 1400 to get phone same day. Why in this day and age does it take 5- 7 days for a refund when they take your money immediatly.
