Purchased online to collect from store same day, when payment had been taken it said not available to collect until Monday. Asked customer service to let the store know I would take another colour in stock and was told I need to cancel order and go and buy in store but they take 5-7 days to refund your money. So now cost 1400 to get phone same day. Why in this day and age does it take 5- 7 days for a refund when they take your money immediatly.
