Review Time
I was sold a ?30 warranty I did not agree to, tacked onto my purchase without any discussion. I had my infant daughter with me so I did not clock this at the time and only realised when I was already in the car on the way home. From experience, the level of fuss and time required to get a refund on this is more than I can spare at the moment, so I've had to take this one on the chin. However, I feel like I was massively taken advantage of in this situation and won't be purchasing from this branch, or Currys in future.
HiI went to buy a fan. Staff guided me to click & collect desk. Fatima was there and she took good care of me. I was not able to carry the fan to my car, she carried the box for me and put it in the car and greeted me good luck. She was friendly and concerned. Thanks Currys.
