I purchased 400 and something $ worth of clothing from them. My son's outfits fit but mine did not. I am plus size and realized that their sizes would not accommodate my figure. I requested a refund and sent the clothes back. I have been battling customer service as they only want to give me store credit stating that's how they keep their prices so cheap when in fact they are expensive. I do not need store credit. I would have just exchanged for a different size if I wanted more clothing. It doesn't fit me, which is why I need a refund. THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS GIVING ME SO MUCH MORE ANXIETY! For a company that promotes for less anxiety and better mental health this is sure not the answer! I do not recommend this company. You cannot call and talk to anyone and their responses are all similar in wording and lacks any sort of customer service skills.
Talk about comfort! I knew from the description that these were made for oversized comfort. I chose to size down and am very pleased that I did. I'm usually a 12-14 and purchased the Small in pastel yellow. I love them and have received many compliments!
Ordering was super easy and not difficult at all! With all of the reviews, I was able to see what people were saying about the product which helped my decision to buy. I used the comments to determine what would be the best fit for me for a hoodie and sweatpants. These comments were spot on with what to go with for best fit. Additionally, I was able to get these delivered quickly! That was another great perk of ordering from Comfrt. I ordered these on Thursday 4/10 and received them on Tuesday 4/15. This is something I appreciated because I HATE waiting for packages that take forever to get delivered after ordering a product. Lastly, the quality is as advertised. The materials the clothing is made out of is not only comfortable but feels luxurious! I have been sitting in my hot apartment since trying the sweats on and haven’t become too hot or uncomfortable to take them off. Experiencing a truthful level of quality is hard to come by these days which is one reason I really like Comfrt! Overall, I would say this is a very justified purchase, there will be more purchases in the future, and I am super happy with it.
Love the products and the service is excellent! I had a question regarding timing for availability for a pre-order and Brooke was very responsive (answered my initial email within an hour of me sending it!). She answered all my questions over a few exchanges back and forth, was courteous and informative.Outstanding products AND service!
I do like the sweatshirt and sweatpants. I do find them comfortable and of good quality. What I did not like was the pre-order process or their customer service. If you do not have patience to wait, I would not suggest using that option, just to save few bucks. I ordered my sweatshirt and sweatpants this in February and did not receive my order until May. The customer service is yet to be desired. I suspect that AI is Comfrt's customer service. When I first reached out I received an immediate response, but as I become more frustrated, the responses were not as often and then eventually stopped. After that, I no longer reached out to them. My takeaway is that if you like the products and have no patience, like me....do not pre-order. Their customer service is a real joke...they boast 4M customers, but can't hire customer service reps....real people, not robots...to take care of their "4 million" customers. This will be my last time ordering from this company. Hopefully they will work on a better solution for taking care of their customers...the backbone of their company....no customer = no company!! Comfrt customer service is above and beyond, when my postal service accidentially sent back my package, comfort helped me navigate getting it back! They were kind and responsive! One of the easiest companys to work with i have ever experienced.Now for the product, i have a very stressful job, and sometimes it helps to just relax and let it all go. Ice tried weighted blankets (too heavy) and compression garmets (ugh, too tight). Comfrts suits felt like a big soft hug, and within a few minutes with it on, my favorite snack, and some streaming tv show, i felt completely calm and my brain was able to slow down. Its a high quality product thats exactly as described. Very worth it. I cant wait to gift Comfrt to my family this holiday season!
