Love the soft comfy luxurious feel! I am more comfortable in a medium size but went with the small and it is perfect! Baby blue is gorgeous!! I had a concern with a delay in shipping so I emailed customer service. I was shock to receive a reply from a representative within two hours. She followed up and provided me with updates and shared my concerns. The package was delivered the next day💖
So soft and cozy!! The perfect mix of buttery, warm material and the weight make you feel like you’re getting a giant hug all day. Fits tts and is definitely oversized in the sweatshirts. As a mama with PPA it helped me feel weirdly calm all day and put my mind to ease it seemed. There’s definitely something to be said about that!! I can’t wait to purchase more.
I am obsessed with these hoodies. After buying my first one, I immediate ordered a couple more. It’s like wearing a hug and the comfiest, coziest feeling. The sweatpants ran a little long for me but were just as comfy nevertheless. I do wish they came in plus sizes, but that’s a matter of preference for me. I am current waiting for the blanket and plan on trying more of their products.
This is seriously the best matching sweatsuit I've ever owned!! l absolutely love the soft comfy luxurious feel! I usually don't like hoodies. I'm more into the zip up jackets, But I decided to give the hoodie a chance and it did not disappoint. I love how big the hoodie is because others are so small and tight, which make them so uncomfortable for me. I will definitely be buying more sets.
Terrible customer service, and after you ask why your items aren’t there they just don’t respond. The hoodies are the exact same material as any other heavy duty sweatsuit on Amazon. Don’t waste your money the people doing the ads are in an ambassador program which gives them major discounts and free sweatshirts and sweatpants so I wouldn’t classify them as just doing reviews from the heart!!!
Such a beautiful set! I purchased the affirmation set in Teddy and I’m in love! I’ve been struggling with my anxiety, and these hoodies have been such a help. The hoodie is slightly weighted, so soft, and super comfortable. Absolutely recommend! 🐻🤎
Customer service is the best 😊I reached out regarding some concerns on pre-order items that I was looking for some reassurance that the current tariff issues were not going to effect and if it was to feel confident I would be refunded. They replied instantly and made me very comfortable that I WILL either receive my orders or a refund. I mean their products are already amazing and great customer service is such a rare thing.
