I pre-ordered 3 weighted hoodies from their webpage but quickly noticed that the item that was added to my cart had a different name than the listing. When I contacted them about this, the company insisted I could not get a refund and I could not switch the incorrect pre-order items for the hoodies I had added to my cart. I screen-shotted their 7-day return policy on pre-order items, asking them to follow it and they have not responded for 5 days! Since they would not refund me nor reply to my emails, I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the order. Very disappointed in this company.

Just purchased my second comfrt set & snagged a pair of shorts. I purchased the bark & am loving the color! The pastel pink shorts are also so soft and the perfect pink! Another 10/10 purchase now i’m excited to purchase a set for my kids !
