I like the products, but not the pre-order/customer service processes

I do like the sweatshirt and sweatpants. I do find them comfortable and of good quality. What I did not like was the pre-order process or their customer service. If you do not have patience to wait, I would not suggest using that option, just to save few bucks. I ordered my sweatshirt and sweatpants this in February and did not receive my order until May. The customer service is yet to be desired. I suspect that AI is Comfrt's customer service. When I first reached out I received an immediate response, but as I become more frustrated, the responses were not as often and then eventually stopped. After that, I no longer reached out to them. My takeaway is that if you like the products and have no patience, like me....do not pre-order. Their customer service is a real joke...they boast 4M customers, but can't hire customer service reps....real people, not robots...to take care of their "4 million" customers. This will be my last time ordering from this company. Hopefully they will work on a better solution for taking care of their customers...the backbone of their company....no customer = no company!! Just saying
