Would not have known about comfrt if the items were not gifted to me. Me and my two children received sweatsuits as gifts. They are the best looking suits we have ever owned. They are heavy enough to keep you so warm but somehow light enough not to make you hot. The material is indescribable. Seriously. They are just so comfortable. lol. They chose the perfect name for their product. The price can’t be beat. The product can’t be beat and the customer service can’t be beat. They are the kind of place you WANT to give your money and when you do you feel it’s money well spent!!! I got my items for Christmas and have worn them washed them more than a dozen times. Still look and feel the same as the first day I wore them.
These sweats are heavenly. I’m a 5’9 female and these sweatpants are not only flattering, they are cozy and cute. The pants are long enough for my long legs and the hood is big enough to not choke your neck. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone! I want them in every color. Love love love
Material overall is great quality with a fleece inside it provides warmth and a soft touch. Without having too much excess material it is a perfect amount of fit and baggy for wiggle room and stretch. You can wear it to lounge around all the way to going to the gym. The option to match sweats and hoodies gives it an aesthetically pleasing look.
On January 11th I was charged a $65.90 for a signature Fit Hoodie Indigo XL order #251988290 plus I was charged a shipping protection by route $1.95 I never authorized this $1.95. There are several emails between January 11th through February 10th. I asked if this particular hoodie was on preorder the company finally answered me to tell me no. Than come January 23rd the company sent an email telling me this item was out of stock. the company mentioned it might take months to get this item back in stock. So your company gave me two options wait until the hoodie came back in stock or take a gift card. I wrote back and said I did not want either option as I did not feel this was a fair option due to the circumstances I felt a fair option for me was for the company to refund my credit card. I did not get any response back only an automated response like it was a first email I was sending the company. At this time I will be reaching out to my credit card servicer to have this charge removed from my credit card. I will also make a complaint with Consumer Affairs. In addition there is no contact number to call to talk to someone. Becareful of this company.
