Very poor customer service

On January 11th I was charged a $65.90 for a signature Fit Hoodie Indigo XL order #251988290 plus I was charged a shipping protection by route $1.95 I never authorized this $1.95. There are several emails between January 11th through February 10th. I asked if this particular hoodie was on preorder the company finally answered me to tell me no. Than come January 23rd the company sent an email telling me this item was out of stock. the company mentioned it might take months to get this item back in stock. So your company gave me two options wait until the hoodie came back in stock or take a gift card. I wrote back and said I did not want either option as I did not feel this was a fair option due to the circumstances I felt a fair option for me was for the company to refund my credit card. I did not get any response back only an automated response like it was a first email I was sending the company. At this time I will be reaching out to my credit card servicer to have this charge removed from my credit card. I will also make a complaint with Consumer Affairs. In addition there is no contact number to call to talk to someone. Becareful of this company.
