I had some questions about their shipping procedures. I received the "give us 1-3 days to respond" auto-email. 21 minutes later, I get another email from Brooke, answering my questions! As for the product, it is thicker than normal sweatshirts which is good, but not as heavy as I was hoping for. Still great though. I'm impressed with the stitching and overall construction of the material. Of course, it is soft and comfortable. Great overall experience and will be buying again.
Absolutely, the worst customer service. Needed to change shipping address and contacted within minutes of placing the order. 3 weeks later we get a reply saying there is nothing they can do. Typical. The only comfrt here is this company taking your money.
i love Comfrt! I’ve only ordered twice so far but I loved everything I’ve purchased. The quality is very comfortable, warm, and thick, and I always get compliments on my outfits. Also, customer service is amazing. It’s insanely quick delivery and they’re always available to help when you have questions or concerns.
My experience was made great by the easy to use website, the nice designs, and the quick shipping.The hoodie also lives up to they hype and is really comfortable and soft. My sister's whole family is now ordering them. I'll more than likely buying more as gifts for friends and family.I really loved the communication with shipping as well. Every step of the way I was notified and received a photo of delivery.
So sad because me and my boyfriend enjoyed their products however, i ordered a sweat set as a christmas gift. The foam letters fell off before we could even wash it. I emailed customer service and after about 3 weeks of 1.5 week delayed responses i was finally given a return shipping label. I set the set back as a SET to be replaced. They REFUSE to send me back the sweat pants claiming they only received and verified one item (sweatshirt). Interesting since the items were sent back in the same package together maybe a factory issue with stealing??? Would not reimburse me would not send me another item. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
Ordered two bundles in October for my daughter's birthday on Christmas Day. Told it would be delivered shortly. Kept getting notices that things were delayed and would arrive by Christmas. Upon arrival, neither bundle fit as order per measurements. STARTED our return process and it was a joke!!!!!! Kept telling us online that they were sooooooo busy due to the holidays that they would get back to us about an address to return the items. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM after numerous requests. Then got answer they didn't have anymore and we could order something else although there was nothing else in the sizes we needed or bundles we wanted -- only blankets. So we looked to see what was available and they only had black color--not what we needed. So I'm now stuck with 1.5 bundles BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED THE OTHER HALF OF THE SECOND BUNDLE and they can't seem to find the time to help us -- but they sure could take our money pretty quickly. WHAT A RIP OFF. Since I can't get any refund now because they took so damn long to respond and nothing else is available, I'm going to have to donate them and write it off -- NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN (and there are a number of responses in these reviews with the very same situations!
When I first bought Comfrt I bought a size up and when I returned it the customer service was very helpful, they reached out to me pretty fast when I emailed them. They were also very friendly, and when I got these pants everyone was asking where I got the pants from so I had to let them know and told them I got it from Comfrt they loved their clothes too, Looking forward to buying again.
