I went to the better gym in Lewisham

I went to the better gym in Lewisham during the day on Monday and was shocked that the sauna had some kind worms on the floor and another Gym goer said they had been there for sometime and cockroacha??s were also seen in the sauna.The lift in the car park was broken and the stairwell lights were not working and there was rubbish all over the place.Very disappointing and will not be going back.

I would definitely come back

I would definitely come back! I was supported by the loveliest worker called Aqsa and I wouldna??t have felt as comfortable as I did without her help. Thank you so much and thank you again to Aqsa!

Lewis from the Better Help Centre

Lewis from the Better Help Centre helped me immensely. For months no-one had resolved an administrative issue from their side but Lewis not only fixed the issue with no problems but made it so easy for me to understand what to do and how to do things. Couldn't thank him enough.

The staff are very kind and helpful.

The staff are very kind and helpful.The gym has a variety of equipment and is clean. The studio room for classes is not very big but is sufficient for the numbers allowed in each class. The class instructors are knowledgeable and run excellent classes. The aqua aerobics classes held in the swimming pool area is well managed with excellent instructors. My only comment relates to the showers within the swimming area which needs to be improved. On a number of occasions the water from the showers are either too hot or too cold. The area is small and insufficient when a large number of people leave the pool after classes or a school group of children .

Exceptional service

Staff member Umma has repeatedly been incredibly helpful at the IRB branch. Helping both me and my daughter with sorting out our gym memberships, phone app and access. Umma was polite, professional, and always friendly throughout the process. Most importantly, she resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. I have dated today as the positive experience for the review as this was the most recent. Their have been many positive experiences! Sincerely excellent service. Thank you, Umma!

I got a cancellation fee without

I got a cancellation fee without notice. Ia??m a new joiner and would have preferred notice to tell me when Ia??m allowed to cancel and when not. Only been to one class and now Ia??m blocked from booking again. Should at least have 3 chances.
