Unimposing leisure centre

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious changing cubicles and good facilities. I would appreciate more hooks &/or hanging rails in the enclosed shower cubicles.Once you know the system for registering & booking activities - it's straightforward. I felt apprehensive not knowing how things worked but was lucky to have a friend (an existing member) walk me through it.

Average gym

If youa??re okay with working out in a stuffy environment, this gym might be fine for you. However, the air conditioning is rarely on unless you repeatedly ask the staff, which can be frustrating. For a monthly fee of a ?32, youa??d expect better facilitiesa??especially considering that other high-end gyms offer more for the same or even lower price. Overall, ita??s an average gym that doesna??t quite justify the cost.

Great help and support! last

I had a complete hip replacement last December and was referred to Healthwise at Better Gym. I must say I was quite impressed by the standard of help and support is received. I now have a gym membership and go swimming twice and gym twice a week.

I cannot express how amazing the

I cannot express how amazing the healthwise team have been. Their support and adapting physical activity exercises to meet my needs. I truly have been motivated and continue to be motivated. Their support in supervised gym but I also enjoy rebounder , it is fun and despite my concerns about how my ankle would manage. It was absolutely fine, I had a bar to hold onto and felt safe and no real pressure on my ankle. Thank you for your support so pleased I was reffered to health wise

I've had a great experience using the facilities provided by Better. One thing that really stands out for me is the female-only sessions for swimming and the sauna. These sessions provide the privacy and comfort I need to fully relax, enjoy myself, and let off some steam without feeling self-conscious.It's clear that Better is making an effort to be inclusive and supportive of women who value a more private environment. I truly appreciate this and hope to see even more female-only activities in the future a?? it's a small change that makes a big difference!
