The prices is so high

The prices is so high. I'm long time user of this gym and was with them when it was a ?27 then a ?30. When better took over it has ruined it for everyone. Even though I don't swim I was happy to pay a ?30 because it was less busy then other gym in area even though other gyms are less In membership. But a ?41 for only using gym facilities and not swimming it is ridiculous. I hope they will introduce a membership with that is only for gym not for swimming. Other wise I hope and pray that they go out if business.

Great facility

Great facility. Ia??m using the pool during the weekday and ita??s never crowded which means you got plenty of room for yourself.Simply love it!

Services such as drinking water not working

It's understandable that things break down and need to be fixed but 5 months without working is a bit ridiculous.There is only ONE water tap for the gym which trickles out. The other one in the gym and one in the spa area haven't worked for 5 months.Steam room - worked for approx 1 week in last 5 months. Not working on SundayCold water bucket - not worked for 7 months

Really good gym and equipment

Really good gym and equipment. All staff are super friendly. The circuits class is really positive and inclusive, Adam, Shak and Andrea do a great job teaching.

lesiure centres are more than just a center to meet people

I have been using better gyms for the past few years. I travel to highgrove, botwell and hillingdon leisure centres. Hillingdon leisure center seems to be the elite leisure centre out of all of them. Having the better changing facilities, swimming pool and gym area. Botwell leisure centre is clearly the one that seems to have the less invested in it and staff are polite but seem uninterested in their roles. The men's shower area at Botwell is somewhat unclean ( even though the cleaner does try his best, the whole environment is not inviting. Leisure centre should be inviting and clean. Botwell leisure centre staff are welcoming but it does not make me feel welcomed or eager to get there, i use that gym for its convenience on occassions.
