New to this gym chain.Firstly, I am no athlete.The site is well presented, clean with friendly staff. There was plenty of kit available to use in the evenings I attended.I've done 4 classes here so far; all well run and engaged instructors.Stunning site, just check if it's a football match day as parking runs out / is restricted.
Staff so helpful.I was .it's cool and well maintained. I was referred from the Lewisham Cardio rehab on a 12 week programme with Alex ..It was brilliant ! He was brilliant, so supportive. Gradually building up our confidence which is why I have joined the gym.
Rachael, the Better customer service adviser, was excellent. She listened to my query, clarified it and told me what solution she was offering with another option, and then she proceeded to ask if I needed any assistance. I left the call feeling confident that my query, which was to do with my bank account details, was being dealt with in a safe and secure way whilst still resolving my issue.
