I am very satisfied with the whole set up process both online as well as the additional support offered to me over the phone and via email from the Customer Service Team.I found the layout of the website easy to navigate (without my support) and as a result, I actually found the confident to chose the right membership and join there and then. I found the process of uploading my a??eligibility documenta?? very straightforward and received an immediate confirmation email, followed by an a??eligibility document approveda?? email just days later. I did experience some initial teething problems with the app as I mistakenly logged in twice and creating two accounts linked to my email login. I called Customer Service and this was immediately rectified whilst I was on the phone. The Customer Service representative stayed on the phone to ensure that I was comfortable and confident booking in my chosen activities. As stated in my previous communication, I actually attended the new venue prior to joining and was given a tour by another wonderful member of staff. In addition, I am impressed with the a??Social Enterprisea?? aspect and I enjoyed reading about the history and vision and values behind Better UK. This is something I would like to explore further in due course once I have started to access the facilities on a regular basis.I had previously joined Better UK at a different venue and accessed most of the facilities including the many fitness classes on offer. I made huge improvements to my overall physical health and wellbeing and even encouraged my friend to join. Thanks again for all the help and support. Kind RegardsA.S.
The advanced Friday 45 minute indoor cycle class has been replaced by a 35 minute beginner class (gym team ) I understand the need to save money however this class was advertised as Robbie and was replaced by Diego this is a very slow class could you please inform us if instructors are changing so we can choose Could we have at least one advanced daytime class a week Could you advertise instructor changes Thank you for listening
I booked a slot in the womena??s only gym. The gym was packed and no machine was available. It actually felt overcrowded. I spoke to reception and explained I had booked a slot. I was told there was nothing She could do and to use the mixed gym instead. I explained I chose this gym because it had a womena??s only section. I strongly believe if a person has booked the gym in advance they should be given priority, what is the point of booking?? The staff were unhelpful and did not try to resolve this. Perhaps I should be compensated for a wasted trip.
The staff were friendly and helpful for our trampoline party. It was great how easy they made the experience.The downside was I rushed so hard to get the kids to eat and skipped cutting the cake as 30mins isn't very long to eat and put the cake in the party bags, 15mins to tidy up was a big struggle for me alone. I felt like I had to shimmy everyone away quickly so I could tidy up. There wasn't anyone in the room after me (they told me there was) so I needn't have worried. I think the 1.5h bounce is a good amount of time, but the room timing isn't long enough to be enjoyable, at least not for the parent, the kids had a great time.
I had a great experience at Wavelegnths recently I was welcomed very well by Michael my Instructor after i had been reffered by by GP for a 12 week exercise and gym training to help with my Health. I was shown around and Inducted on how to use the weekend and felt very welcomed this gave the confidence to make sure i attend the centre as much as i can.
