Quick registration process, nice variety of classes for humble membership prices. Also great customer service (helped me to resolve my minor issues very quickly over the phone). I'd only wish they'd hire more instructors for even more adult classes availability, as they run out of spaces pretty quickly.
I'm only talking about the tennis courts here. Quite frankly it's embarrassing that you charge a ?10 an hour plus a ?3 entry if you're not a member to play on this joke of a tennis court. Whoever's decision it was to install this surface I can only imagine it was done on the cheap. Completely unplayable waste of an afternoon and waste of money.
Did the Body conditioning class with Gaynor .as always the class is fun and fully inclusive for people with all levels of fitness . I have been a member of Better Bude for over two years now , and find the centre completely fulfils my fitness needs & from the start has always been welcoming to all abilities . In the two years I have been consistently going my fitness level has greatly improved & that is down to Gaynor motivating me .
Very very disappointed with the way you run your whole business , I cancelled my membership within in a day , because they had a bread down with the sauna , Ia??m still waiting for my credit ! The most annoying thing , is every day you are asking me to verify my age 66plus , Ia??ve cancelled my membership , Im done with your complete incompetence!!
Went in to do my membership. Despite telling them 3 times what my email address was it was put in correctly. After hearing nothing went in with my Driving Licence to prove my identity as required. They told me they had finished with it.Then I got a notification to say I had been suspended.I did eventually have my membership unsuspended but it took time and that is why I have given a 2 instead of a one.
