I had changed my bank account so needed to enter my new card in my Better account. It was excruciatingly difficult. Had to go to an external chatbot to find out what the process was. Could not just put new card in. Had to delete old one. Then there was nowhere to enter new card unless and until had a new booking to do. Wanted to just put it in ready for my next usage. Not possible at all. Customer Service phone line far too clogged and slow. The agent I spoke to was polite and tried to help but it really should not have taken so long to do such a simple thing.
Since taking over the Newham leisure centres, has made everything more expensive and less accessible to the average local household. Sign up fees for gym and a price increase in April. Total exploitation of those that need to use the facilities the most.
